Ham beans are a medium roast and are grown in the volcanic soils of Bucaramanga, Colombia. They are handpicked, washed, and milled by the Northeastern Colombian Coffee Cooperative (Cooperativa Cafetera Del Nororiente Colombiano). Cupping Notes: Good medium body with a silky, smooth mouth feel, mild acidity, notes of sweet orange, slight nutty almond and sweet vanilla finish.
