Kilo beans are dark roasted from Mexico’s Chiapas Region - these beans are farmed by mostly by members of the Tzotzil and Tzeltal ethnic groups who make up an organized group which began in 1992. Cupping notes include chocolate, tropical fruits, sweet and juicy. Citric acidity, good body.
